Data Transfer Tool - Manual Data Extraction Guide
If you’re experiencing issues with the Data Transfer Tool and need your data pushed to the portal, please follow these steps:
If you're on DTT v0.82.0 or later
Open the Data Transfer Tool
Go to the gear icon at the bottom right
Select "Data transfer tool logs" from the menu
A window will open with a list of console log files. Zip those files.
Send the zip file to your Moth+Flame representative

How to Zip on Mac
Control-click all of the files you need to zip and then choose Compress from the shortcut menu
How to Zip on PC
Select all of the items you want to zip and right click. Press 'Compress to Zip file' from the menu.
