Enabling Controller-Free Navigation (Meta Quest)
To enable controller-free navigation, you will first need to navigate to the Meta universal menu toolbar. Learners can press

on their right-controller to access the menu.
From this universal menu:
1. Click the Quick Settings menu on the left-hand side of the toolbar.
2. Click Settings in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Movement Tracking from the assorted categories.
4. Toggle on Hand and body tracking.
