There are occasions where some setting needs to be changed on the headset that cannot be accomplished from the ArborXR Home mode (which means that the mobile device management app launcher is in the foreground). When ArborXR Home mode is enabled, the user will be returned to ArborXR Home shortly after switching to native Oculus menus (making it difficult to make changes outside of ArborXR Home) unless specific steps are followed.

 

Exiting ArborXR Home to change settings

1. Select the cog icon.
   
   
   
2. Select View Advanced Settings.
   
   
   
3. Select Exit Launcher / Open Device Home Environment.
   
   
   
4. Select Continue.
   
   

Once you have exited the ArborXR launcher, you can access everything in the Oculus menus.

 

Once you have adjusted the settings, you can return to ArborXR Home using the steps below.

 

Returning to ArborXR Home

1. Select the dropdown on the top right.
   
   
   
2. Select "For Work" from the drop down menu.
   
   
3. Select Custom Launcher.
