Occasionally, users find that their microphone has become muted and they are unable to proceed through our conversational experiences. If this happens, please follow Meta's steps to unmute the microphone.
Still not working? Try the following:
Make sure the microphone is clean and not obstructed (the microphone is 2 pinholes located a few inches apart, one on either side of the nose)
Check the app permissions to make sure the microphone is enabled
