Team Review — a manager view of your team, on the same analytics

What it is

If you manage a team, Team Review gives you the same readiness analytics your organization's leaders use — automatically scoped to just your people. There's no separate manager dashboard to learn: a reviewer signs in and lands directly on the Performance page, with the roster on the left showing only the learners assigned to them.

Each person on the roster carries a current score and a readiness stage — from Developing Leader up to Empowering Leader. You see your team, ranked and staged at a glance, and nothing else in the organization.

A manager signs in and lands on the Performance page, scoped to only their team.

Drill into any individual

Click any team member to open the full per-learner picture — the same detail an instructor gets:

  • Performance trajectory — how their score has moved over time, against the course average.
  • Dimension profile — a radar across every capability the framework measures.
  • Dimension breakdown — each capability (Intent Clarity, Human Awareness, Empowering Direction, Courageous Engagement, Motivational Leadership, Plan Follow-Through) scored and compared to the course average, so you can see instantly where someone is strong and where to coach.

Drilling into one team member shows their full per-dimension performance detail.

The same surfaces, auto-scoped

This is the whole idea. A manager reviews their team's readiness on the very same Performance surfaces the organization runs on — the same scores, the same dimensions, the same drill-in — automatically narrowed to just their people. One set of analytics, one source of truth, scoped by who you're responsible for.

Why it works this way

  • Scoped by RLS, not by convention. A reviewer's access is enforced at the database boundary — they physically cannot read a learner outside their assigned set, even if a client filter were bypassed. If a learner isn't assigned to you, you don't see them anywhere.
  • No parallel dashboard to maintain. The reviewer reuses the existing Performance analytics rather than a bespoke manager view, so managers and leaders are always looking at the same numbers computed the same way.
  • Full detail, for their team only. Names, scores, per-dimension breakdowns — a reviewer gets the same depth an instructor gets, but only for the people they're responsible for.

How reviewer assignment works

Only an org admin can make someone a reviewer. This happens outside the Performance page — a reviewer doesn't self-assign.

  1. An org admin adds a person as a reviewer in the organization.
  2. The admin assigns that reviewer a team — either a whole learner group, or a set of individual learners.
  3. The reviewer signs in and lands on the Performance page, scoped to exactly the learners they were assigned.
